We plan the migration as part of the build: members, memberships, and schedules come across, and we run both systems in parallel for a transition period so nothing falls through. Members mostly notice they got a nicer app.
Do the math on fees for me. When does custom win?
Take your monthly platform bill plus any per-booking cuts and compare it to a flat plan. Studios doing real volume often break even inside a year, and unlike the platform fee, our monthly price doesn't grow with your booking count.
Can it handle memberships, class packs, and drop-ins?
