Your process is your edge. Your software should match it.
Recruiting firms win on speed and relationships, and both die in inboxes and spreadsheets. We build applicant tracking systems and CRMs shaped around how your firm actually sources, screens, and places, so candidates and clients stop slipping through the gaps.
Illustrative screens in the style of the build
Sound familiar?
Candidates go cold in inboxes
Applications arrive from boards, referrals, and email, then wait on next steps nobody is tracking.
Generic ATS, generic process
Off-the-shelf tools force your stages into their template, so recruiters keep the real pipeline in spreadsheets.
Per-seat pricing punishes growth
Every new recruiter adds a subscription line, and the data still belongs to the platform.
Client side lives elsewhere
Job orders, submittals, and client follow-ups sit in a separate CRM that doesn't talk to the candidate side.
What we build for staffing & recruiting
Pipeline built your way
Your stages, your fields, your rules. Every candidate's status and next step visible at a glance.
Interview coordination
Scheduling, reminders, and feedback capture that keep candidates moving without recruiter memory as the system.
Client & job order CRM
Job orders, submittals, and client history connected to the candidate pipeline, not siloed beside it.
Sourcing integrations
Applications from job boards and your website flow straight into the pipeline, no copy-paste.
Proof from your world
Two promises the software industry hates making

Design, development, hosting, and support in one number you can budget like rent. No hourly meters, no change-order invoices, and no per-seat fees that grow with your team. Billing does not begin until version 1.0 is live and your team is using it.

You own the code. All of it.
The repository, the documentation, and the infrastructure are in your name from day one. If you ever leave us, you take everything and any developer can pick it up. No ransom, no rebuild, no being trapped in someone else's platform.
How we work →Questions we hear from staffing & recruiting
We use Bullhorn. Why would we switch?
If Bullhorn fits, keep it. Firms come to us when the per-seat bill has grown past the value, when their process doesn't match the template, or when they want the candidate database to be an asset they own instead of one they rent.
Can you migrate our candidate database?
Yes. Candidates, clients, notes, and history come across in the build, and we run a parallel period so nothing gets lost in the switch.
What about resume parsing and job board postings?
Both are solved problems with good APIs, and we wire them in. Resumes parse into structured candidate records, and postings push out to the boards you use.
Tell us what's slowing your business down.
In a free 30-minute call we map what the platform needs to do, tell you which tier it lands in, and give you a monthly number. No proposal theater, no pressure.
