SMS terms & conditions

The program

GO Build Labs LLC (“GO Build Labs”) sends text messages to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive them. We send three kinds of messages:

• Conversational messages: two-way texting about your inquiry or project, when texting is easier than email.
• Service notifications: project updates, scheduled call reminders, demo links, and status updates.
• Marketing messages: occasional tips and offers, sent only to people who separately opted in to marketing texts.

Consent

You opt in by providing your phone number and checking the relevant consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first. Marketing texts require their own separate opt-in; agreeing to conversational or service messages does not sign you up for marketing. Consent is not required to work with us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your project and conversation; marketing messages, if you opt in to them, are occasional. We don't do daily blasts.

Fees

We never charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may bill you for messages depending on your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation text, then nothing further. You can also email john@gobuildlabs.ai and we'll remove you. Opting out of marketing texts doesn't stop service notifications about active work unless you ask for that too.

Reply HELP to any message, or email john@gobuildlabs.ai, and a person will get back to you.

Privacy

Phone numbers and opt-in information are handled as described in our privacy policy. No mobile opt-in information or phone numbers will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US networks.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
